The UCLU Anime Society AGM has been set for:

During the AGM, the committee members will give a report for the year, the constitution will be ratified and committee members for the new year will be elected. Our constitution can be found at: http://www.uclunion.org/clubs-societies/anime/index.php
If you would like to stand for a position, please e-mail us with your name and the position you would like to stand for. Nominations will be accepted during the AGM but is not encouraged. We need 25 people to come for the meeting to be approved, so if you're free and a member of our society please come!
UCL Union Anime Society
The UCL Union Anime Society is the anime and manga society for students of UCL. Whether you are new to anime or are already a fan, we will be able to show you something new! We have twice weekly showings throughout the term, supplemented by films and OVA's, and we hold votes so that members can take part in deciding what we watch.
We are a very social society, attending many events outside of showings such as the Japanese Arts Festival and MCM EXPO ? which we always provide subsidy for paying members of the society. We also arrange events such as gaming sessions, dinners, karaoke and get-togethers - this year we organised an inter-society quiz event for several anime societies around London, held at UCL, which was very successful! Our manga library is ever-growing, consisting of over 40 titles in total, which members are free to borrow from.
Although our showings are usually standard, very occasionally they do change so be sure to keep in touch. Do add yourself to our mailing list and come on IRC and the forum! Our forum is very active and shoutbox comments are often replied to within minutes.
