The following is a copy of the Terms and Conditions present in the Library book kept either in the Library itself or with the Media Officer. If you have any queries, do not hesitate to email us.
By adding my signature to the loan book I proclaim I have read and understood the following terms and conditions for the loan of any item from the UCL (University College London) Union Anime Society Media Library and hereby fully agree to them:
- I verify that I am a registered member of the UCL Union Anime Society, and to qualify to borrow items from the library, I understand that I must present my valid UCL student card and be present in the Society membership list provided by the UCL Union at the time of loan.
- I agree to the maximum limit of three items per person per loan duration.
- The duration of the said loan will be no longer than seven days and no loans will be available between terms.
- I agree to be fully responsible for the item in question during the loan and any severe damage done to the item will result in a fine, the maximum fine being the cost of replenishing the item to the library. This money will go into the society account.
- If I fail to bring back the item after 2 reminders (sent three and seven days after the return date set in Item #3), I will pay the fine of ￡2 every week until the item is returned, or until I cover the cost of replenishing the item to the library. This money will go into the society account.
- The UCL Union Anime Society reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions at any time. The notice for any changes will be given seven days in advance.
